Indore Plastic Pvt. Ltd. is at Plot No. H-13 in Sukhliya Gram. It’s near the Senior Hig in Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Nagar. We’ve been here for quite some time now. The factory isn't anything special to look at. It's just a functional space where we get things done. Mostly, we make plastic containers and some household items. The machines have been around for a while and they make a lot of noise. Sometimes they break down and we have to fix them ourselves. My uncle started this place years ago and it’s just kept going. The neighborhood has changed a lot. There used to be more open space around here. Now it’s all buildings. We have a small team of about ten people. We all know each other’s families. Lunch is usually spent together near the front gate. The heat in the factory gets pretty intense during April and May. We drink a lot of water and try to keep moving. The road outside can get very muddy when it rains. We often have to help the delivery trucks get out. It’s a lot of manual work. We don't use many computers here. Most of our orders are written down in big ledgers. It’s a bit old-fashioned but it works for us. We aren't doing anything fancy. Just making plastic stuff that people need for their homes and shops. That’s about it for our story.
