SHAH NU REAL LLP

We operate out of number 29 in Jati Colony. It is a quiet enough place to get work done, but we are always connected to what is happening with property around the city. Shah Nu Real LLP is just a small outfit. We don't have a big sign or a lobby full of people. Most of the time it is just a couple of us at our desks, working through lists and talking to clients on the phone. We started this because we liked the idea of working for ourselves and knowing the community better. Property can be a complicated thing to deal with, but we try to keep it as simple as we can for the people who come to us. We’ve learned a lot over the years by just being present and watching how the market moves. Sometimes things go smoothly, and sometimes there are hiccups with the paperwork, which is just part of the job. We aren't here to give anyone a hard sell. We just show what is available and let the properties speak for themselves. The office gets a bit dusty because we leave the windows open for the breeze. It’s a very normal, local business. We value the relationships we’ve built with people in Jati Colony and beyond. It feels good to be a part of the local fabric here while doing something we understand well. We just keep our heads down and do the work required.
