Universal

Universal is located at 826 Khatiwala Tank. It’s a well-known spot in the neighborhood, right near the water tank. Our building is nothing special to look at, just a regular place where we go to work every morning. We do a bit of everything here, mostly dealing with the daily needs of the people and businesses that stop by. The office is small and usually has a couple of fans running to keep the air moving. We’ve got stacks of files and some old wooden furniture that we’ve had since we started. Khatiwala Tank is a decent area, and we like being here. It’s not too far from the main road, but it’s just tucked away enough that it isn't constantly deafening. We spend a lot of time talking to our regulars. They come in for help with various things, and we do what we can to get them sorted. There isn't a lot of mystery to how we run things. We show up, we answer the phones, and we handle the paperwork. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we end up sitting around talking about the cricket score or the weather. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters for us. It’s just us doing the work. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to find the time to get around to it. It’s a lived-in space that feels like home to us after all this time.
