Sahu Real Estate

We are located at 338/5 on the LIG Main Road in Nehru Nagar, Indore. Sahu Real Estate is basically a small local office where we handle a lot of property matters for people in the neighborhood. The office itself is quite modest. We have some maps on the wall and a few desks that have seen better days. Being on the main road means there’s a constant hum of traffic and people walking by. We spend a lot of time out of the office too, showing houses or looking at plots of land around Indore. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of paperwork and a lot of waiting around for things to get cleared. We talk to all kinds of people, from young couples looking for their first flat to older folks trying to sell their family homes. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people just dropping in or calling us because they saw our sign while driving past. It gets pretty dusty in the office because of the road right outside, so we’re always cleaning the glass. We usually keep some cold water and tea ready for whoever stops by to chat. We just try to be helpful and give people the information they’re looking for. It’s a straightforward business and we’ve been at it for a while in this part of town.
