Jain Property Broker

My office is over by Vaishav Stadium at 177/18. It’s right near Rajasthan Bank, which is how most people find me if they’re looking for a property broker. I’ve lived in Indore for a long time, so I know the streets and the buildings around here pretty well. Jain Property Broker is just a small operation. I spend a lot of my day on the phone or walking around showing houses to people. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather gets really hot, but it’s what I do. I don't use any fancy apps or big marketing tricks. Usually, someone just calls me because their neighbor told them I helped them out last year or something like that. I keep a lot of notes in my register about who is looking to rent or buy. The area around the stadium is always active and noisy. I try to be honest with people about what a place is actually like. If a roof is old or the water pressure is bad, I’ll tell them. There’s no point in hiding things because Indore is a small world and word gets around fast. It’s just me working here, sometimes my nephew helps out when it’s really busy. We don't have a big corporate plan, just helping folks find a roof over their heads without too much stress or trouble. It is just a plain and simple office.
