Saawan Gents Parlour

Saawan Gents Parlour is at R-724, Shop Number 4 in Mahalaxmi Nagar. We are in Indore and we are quite close to Pioneer College. Because of the college, we get a lot of young students coming in. They always want the newest styles they see on the internet or in movies. It keeps us on our toes trying to figure out what they want. Indore is a very clean city and we try to keep our shop looking tidy too, though it’s hard with hair flying everywhere. The shop is small and has a few chairs for cutting hair and shaving. We don't have anything too fancy, just the basics that work. Sometimes the college boys come in groups and the whole shop fills up with their laughing and talking. It makes the place feel alive. On other days, it can be very quiet and we just sit and wait for the next person to walk in. We’ve been here in Mahalaxmi Nagar for a while now and we know the rhythms of the street. Near the college, things are always changing but we try to keep our service steady. We don't put out big ads or anything. People just find us or hear about us from their friends. It’s a decent way to make a living in a city like Indore and we enjoy the daily conversations.
