Ruksana Saifee Parlour

My shop is located at 559 Tim Gali, and if you know Mhow at all, you know it's right near the Bharat Gas area. I've been running Ruksana Saifee Parlour for a long while now. It’s just a small room really, tucked away in the lane where it stays a bit cooler. I have two chairs and a big mirror that covers almost one whole wall. Sometimes the mirror gets foggy when it's raining outside, and I have to wipe it down with a cloth constantly. It’s mostly just me working here, though sometimes my niece helps out when it gets really busy during the wedding season. The floor is made of old stone, and it stays cool even when the Indore heat is really bad outside. I don't have a lot of expensive equipment, just the things I've gathered over the years of working. People like that it’s quiet here away from the noise of the main road. I usually have a pot of tea going in the back for whoever wants a cup. We talk about our families and the local news while I work on their hair or skin. It feels more like a living room than a business to me sometimes. The sign outside is small and hand-painted, so you have to look closely to find the door. I like it that way because it keeps everything personal.
