You can find us at 303 in the Jv Complex. It’s right across from Abhy Prashal on Race Cource Road, which is usually packed with traffic during the rush hours. Being on the third floor means we get a decent view of the street below, though we spend most of our time looking at computer screens or checking inventory lists. Rs Components & Controls (India) Limited isn’t a massive operation with hundreds of people running around in suits. It’s just a few of us here making sure things run like they’re supposed to. The elevators in the complex can be a bit slow sometimes, so we often take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. The office is pretty basic. We’ve got desks, chairs, and a lot of boxes stacked up in the back room. It’s not always perfectly organized, but we manage. People usually drop by if they’re in the neighborhood, and we try to keep things friendly. Race Cource Road is a busy place to be, and sometimes the noise from the street drifts up, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don’t have a big corporate handbook or anything. We just know what needs to get done and we do it. It’s a practical way to work. Lunch is usually whatever someone brought from home or something quick from the shops nearby. It’s a simple life here in the complex, and we like it that way.
