Pioneer International (Xotabo Power Tools)

We've been at 221, Shastri Market for quite a while now. Most people know us as Pioneer International, though we handle Xotabo Power Tools mostly. The shop isn't fancy, just a regular place in the market where we keep our stock and talk to customers who drop by. It gets busy around here, especially in the mornings when the market opens up. We spend most of our time organizing the shelves or checking the latest tool sets that come in. If you walk down the main lane of Shastri Market, you'll find us tucked away near the other hardware stalls. It’s a small space, but it works for what we do. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People just find us by word of mouth or because they’ve been coming to this area for years to get their repairs done. Sometimes the electricity flickers or it gets a bit dusty, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We just focus on keeping the power tools sorted and making sure we know what’s in the boxes. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, nothing too complicated. We’ve seen the market change over the years, but our spot at 221 hasn’t moved. It’s just us, the tools, and the daily routine of the market. My brother usually sits at the front desk while I handle the back. We try to keep things tidy, but with all the heavy metal and boxes, it’s a bit of a challenge. It’s a long day, but we like being part of the noise here.
