Our place is on the first floor of the Ameer Complex at 20 South Hathi Pala. It’s on the main road, so it’s easy to get to, but the traffic can be a nightmare. We’re part of the food supply world, dealing with things people need for baking and such. The office usually has a bit of a sweet smell to it, or at least it feels that way because of what we handle. It’s a busy building with other businesses around us. We have people coming in to check out supplies or to pick up orders for their bakeries. The stairs are a bit narrow, so carrying big boxes up and down is always a bit of a struggle. We’ve got some desks pushed together in the main room. It’s a bit disorganized sometimes, with brochures and sample packets scattered around. We try to keep it tidy, but when it gets busy, that’s the first thing to go. The staff likes to chat about new recipes or things they’ve tried making at home. It’s a friendly enough atmosphere. We’ve been at this South Hathi Pala location for some time now. It’s not a fancy showroom, just a working office in a busy part of town. We just focus on getting the ingredients and tools to the people who need them. Some days are more chaotic than others, but we manage to get through the orders. It’s a good enough spot for us.
