Palash Property

Palash Property is situated at 1/2 Race Course Road. It is a well-known area and we have been here for a good amount of time. The office is basically just a room with some chairs and a table where we look at maps and property papers. Race Course Road has a lot of trees, which is nice when it is hot outside. We spend our days talking to people who want to buy or rent places. It involves a lot of driving around to show different houses or plots of land. Our desk is usually a mess of site plans and contact lists. We do not really have a set schedule because people call us at all hours. Sometimes a deal goes through and sometimes it does not, that is just the property business. We drink a lot of tea while waiting for clients to show up. The office does not have much in the way of style, just the basics to get the job done. We know the local area quite well, from the back alleys to the main roads. It is mostly just us trying to keep track of who is selling what. People come to us because we have been at this location for so long. We are not trying to be anything big, just a local spot for property matters. The gate outside squeaks a bit when you open it, but we never find time to fix it. We usually keep some old newspapers on the side table for visitors to read while they wait.
