Nice Hair Dresser & Gents Parlor

We are located over on Annapurna Road in Indore, right across from the Bank of India in Usha Nagar. It is a good spot because people coming from the bank often see us and decide they need a trim. The shop has been here for a bit, and we call it a gents parlor but really it’s just a place to get your hair sorted. We have the big mirrors on the wall and the counters are full of various creams and bottles of water. I keep the scissors in a jar of blue liquid to keep them clean. The daily routine is mostly the same. I get in, turn on the lights, and wait for the first customer. Some days it is quiet and I spend time tidying up the magazines on the table. Other days, like Sundays, there is a line out the door and we barely have time to drink our tea. We use those black capes to keep the hair off people’s clothes. Sometimes the clippers get a bit hot if we use them too long, so we switch between a few pairs to keep things moving. It is mostly just us working and the fans whirring overhead to keep the air moving. People in Usha Nagar know where we are. We don't do anything flashy, just the standard cuts that people expect when they walk into a local shop like ours. It’s just how we run things.
