Motivation

You can find Motivation at 122, Sneh Nagar. We are situated on Sapna Sangeeta Road, right behind the Lotus building. It is a fairly central spot in Indore. The name might sound a bit different for a business, but we’ve been operating from here for a good while. Our office is a modest space where we handle our daily tasks. It isn't a high-rise building with glass walls. It’s just a regular room with some desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. We deal with people coming in and out all day, mostly locals from Sneh Nagar or businesses from the main road. The traffic on Sapna Sangeeta Road can be quite loud, but once you step behind the Lotus building, it gets a little quieter. We don't go in for big advertisements or slogans. We just do our work and hope the results speak for themselves. The staff here is small, and we all do a bit of everything, from answering the phone to fixing the printer when it jams. It’s a very hands-on environment. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon when things slow down. We try to keep a friendly atmosphere without making it feel like a cold corporate office. It’s just a place where we get things done and try to stay organized despite the usual daily chaos.
