Malviya Hair Dresser And Gents Parlour is located at 1183/11 in Nanda Nagar, Indore. We are right on Nanda Nagar Road, which is always busy with people going to work or school. Our shop is a small one, tucked into the row of buildings along the street. We have a couple of chairs that have been with us for a long time. They are still comfortable, even if the stuffing is a bit flat now. We do mostly haircuts and shaves for the men who live around here. The shop is usually filled with the smell of talcum powder and aftershave. We have a small sink in the corner for washing up. The mirrors show their age a bit, but you can still see well enough. It gets quite bright in the mornings when the sun comes through the front door. We don't have any air conditioning, just the fans on the ceiling that stir the air around. People come in and talk about the local news or whatever is happening in Indore that day. It’s a friendly place, but we don't try to be anything special. We just take care of the people who walk through the door. The floor gets swept many times a day because we don't like the hair piling up. It’s just a honest way to spend the day, working on the road we've known for years. We close the shutters when the street lights come on.
