Khusboo Handicrafts

We are over here at Sangam Nagar, 263/B, and it’s usually pretty busy most mornings. Khusboo Handicrafts isn't a giant factory or anything like that, just a place where we get things done. Most days, you’ll find us surrounded by bits of wood, fabric, or whatever material we are working with at the time. It gets a bit dusty sometimes, but that’s just how it goes when you’re making things by hand. The sun hits the front door early in the morning and we usually have the radio playing in the background while we sort through orders. People around Sangam Nagar know where we are because we’ve been in this spot for a while now. It’s not fancy. The shelves are mostly full of half-finished projects and tools that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time just checking pieces to make sure they look right before they go out. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a break, but mostly we are just focused on the work at hand. It’s hard work, and our hands are rarely clean, but it feels good to see a finished pile of goods ready to be packed up. We don't have a big front office or a receptionist. If you come by, you'll probably just see one of us working near the entrance. That's just the way we like to run things here at the shop.
