Inspration Home Tuter

Our base is over at 131 in Vijay Nagar, not too far from Mangal City. If you’ve been to that mall, you know how busy that entire section of Indore gets throughout the day. We operate mostly as a home-based setup where the focus is on getting tutors to the right houses. The office itself is just a small room where we keep all the records and the landline phone. It’s often a bit chaotic with people calling in and tutors stopping by to pick up their assignments for the week. We have a big map of the city pinned to the wall with various marks on it to keep track of where everyone is supposed to be. The name on our sign has a little spelling quirk, but we never got around to changing it because everyone already knew us by that name anyway. Dealing with the traffic in Vijay Nagar is the hardest part of the job. I spend a lot of time on my phone coordinating who is going where and making sure nobody is running too late for their sessions. It’s a lot of logistics for such a small team. We have a couple of plastic chairs for visitors and a desk that’s always covered in sticky notes. It’s not a polished corporate office, but it’s where all the planning happens before our tutors head out into the different colonies each afternoon.
