If you head to the Devdhar Complex on Christian College Road in Indore, you'll find us in room 209. It’s a very central spot, especially since the Sarvate Bus Stand is right nearby. This means there’s always a lot of movement and noise from the buses and the people traveling through Chhawani. Our office in the complex is where we coordinate all the tutoring work. It’s a small room with a couple of desks, a computer that’s a few years old, and a lot of filing folders. We don't actually do much teaching here; mostly we talk to parents and figure out which tutor should go to which house. It’s a bit of a hub for us. The walls have maps and schedules pinned up everywhere so we don't lose track of anyone. The building itself is older, with those heavy doors and long hallways that you see in a lot of Indore’s commercial blocks. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the location makes it easy for tutors to drop by and pick up materials. It’s not a fancy office with leather chairs or anything. It’s just a practical space to get things organized. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing down addresses. If you come by, you might have to wait a minute if we are busy with a call, but it’s always casual. That is just how our daily routine goes.
