Our place is at 11, Sector A on Sanwar Road, right in the Avantika Nagar area. It’s one of those spots where you can hear the sounds of industry from every corner. At Indpro Engineers, we don't put on any airs. The floor is concrete and the desks are old. We spend a lot of time on the shop floor making sure everything is aligned. It’s a hands-on kind of life. Some days are slow and we spend them cleaning up or organizing the racks. Other days are a total rush. We’ve got a small team here, and we all know each other’s habits. The weather in this part of the country can be tough, so the big fans are always blowing to keep the air moving. We aren't interested in making things look polished for a brochure. We just want the machines to work and the orders to be correct. When you come by, you’ll probably see trucks loading up or someone fixing a tool. It’s a bit messy, but that’s because work is actually happening. We take our breaks together and talk about the local news or whatever’s going on. We’ve stayed in this location because it’s where we belong. It’s practical and close to our suppliers. Just a bunch of people working with their hands and trying to do a decent job every single day.
