Golu Gents Parlour

Golu Gents Parlour is at Al 135 on the Sukhliya Main Road in Indore. We are quite close to Bapat Square, so there is always a lot of movement around here. The shop is a typical gents' parlour. We have the usual chairs and we do haircuts and shaves for the men in the area. It’s a local spot where people feel comfortable just walking in. There’s no need for anything formal. Usually, there’s some cricket on the radio or a conversation going on about things happening in Sukhliya. We don't use any fancy products, just the stuff you find in most local shops. The floor is usually covered in hair until we get a chance to sweep it up between customers. Being on the main road means we get a lot of dust, so we are constantly wiping down the counters. It’s a small space, but it works for us. We’ve got our regulars who come in every few weeks. They don't even have to tell us how they want their hair done anymore, we just know. It’s just a regular business in Indore. We open the shutters in the morning and stay late into the evening. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. If you are near Bapat Square and need a trim, you’ll find us easily enough on the main road. Just look for the Golu sign.
