We've been around Sukhadeo Nagar for a while now, specifically at 93 93. It's just a few of us working together here. Things started out pretty small. Most days you'll find someone at the office dealing with paperwork or talking to neighbors about the local property market. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a desk and some chairs where we sit down and look at what’s available in the area. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it is quiet enough to hear the birds outside. We know this neighborhood well because we are part of it. If you walk down the street, you’ll see our door. It’s not hard to find us. Dealing with land and houses is what we do daily. It can get messy with all the documents and rules, but we try to keep it straightforward. People come in with questions about buying or selling, and we just tell them what we know based on what’s happening on our block. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just helping folks figure out their next move with a house or a plot of land nearby. There is a lot of coffee involved in our mornings. We just keep things moving one day at a time here at Friends Combine Realty LLP. Every day brings something a little different, and we like it that way.
