FABIAN PROPERTIES LLP

Our spot is over on the Cat-Rau Road, right by Treasure Fantasy in the Rangwasa part of Indore. At Fabian Properties LLP, the days usually start with the sound of traffic picking up outside as people head toward the city. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us sitting around a few wooden desks that have seen better days. There is a lot of paper everywhere, mostly folders and old maps of the area that we keep stacked up in the corner. We spend a good chunk of the day just looking through these files or talking to people who drop by for a chat. The floor is a bit dusty because of the construction work always going on nearby, but we don't mind it much. Someone usually goes out to get tea from the stall on the corner every couple of hours. We don’t have fancy paintings on the walls, just a clock that’s a few minutes fast and some calendars. The light comes in through the front window which looks out onto the main road. Sometimes we just sit and watch the bikes go past while we wait for the next task to come up. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here, and we’ve been at this address for a while now. It feels like a normal part of the neighborhood. We just keep things moving at our own pace without any big fuss or complicated systems.
