Dilkhush Gents Parlour

Dilkhush Gents Parlour is situated at 19, Aerodrom Main Road in Indore. This area, Mahavir Bagh, is always buzzing because of the main road. You can hear the traffic and the occasional sound of something from the nearby airport. Our parlour is a place for men to come and get a quick shave or a haircut. It’s a very traditional setup. We have those heavy old-fashioned chairs that are actually quite comfortable once you sit in them for a while. There is usually a newspaper lying around and a small television in the corner that we keep on for the news or some cricket match. We’ve been serving the local men here for quite some time now. The walls have some old posters of hairstyles, most of which nobody asks for anymore, but they stay there anyway. We don't use any expensive shampoos or creams. We stick to the things that we know work and that people are used to. Shaving is probably what we do most. We make sure the razors are sharp and the towels are clean. It’s a simple life. We know most of our customers by name and we know how they like their hair cut without them even saying it. It’s a friendly place where people can just relax for twenty minutes while we do our work. No fancy stuff, just a good clean shave and some local talk. It's been that way for years.
