We’ve been at No.109 in the Shri Vardhan Complex for a while now. If you know 4Rnt Marg, you know how the traffic can get around here, especially in the afternoons. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the infrastructure work sorted. There’s always a stack of drawings on the desk and someone is usually on the phone trying to track down a truck or a crew. We spend a lot of time out at different sites, but the office is where the planning happens. It’s a bit cramped when everyone comes back at the same time, but we make it work. The complex has a lot of other businesses too, so there is always a bit of a buzz in the hallways. Sometimes the lift acts up, so we just take the stairs. It keeps us moving. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with big presentations. Most of what we do involves concrete, steel, and making sure things are built right. The guys come in covered in dust sometimes, and we just grab a tea from the stall nearby and talk about the next phase of the project. It’s straightforward work. We’ve had some long days lately trying to stay on top of the schedule. That’s just how it goes in this line of work. There’s always something that needs fixing or a supplier who is running late, so we stay busy from morning until late evening. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s ours.
