Deco-Lite Industries

We’ve been at 73 Pologround Industrial Estate for a while now. It’s a busy spot but it works for what we do at Deco-Lite Industries. Most days we are just busy keeping up with orders. It gets noisy around here with all the other shops nearby. We handle a lot of lighting stuff. It isn’t always glamorous work. Sometimes the floors are dusty and we are just trying to get things out the door. My brother and I started this thinking it would be simple, but there is always something breaking or a delivery that's late. We just deal with it. People come by the shop when they need parts or help with a project. We don't have a fancy showroom. It's just the workspace and some desks. If you walk past the main gate, we are right there. The coffee machine in the breakroom is probably the most used thing here besides the tools. We try to keep things organized but during the busy season, it gets a bit messy. It's a local business and we know most of the neighbors in the estate. We've seen a lot of businesses come and go, but we are still here at number 73. It’s just how it goes. We don't do much advertising, mostly just folks hearing about us from someone else. It works out okay for us. Sometimes the roof leaks a bit when it rains hard, but we just put a bucket under it and keep working. That's just part of being in an old industrial building like this one.
