Ashok Hiar Salon

Ashok Hiar Salon is located on the busy AB Road at Choithram Square in Indore 452009. We are right in front of Regional Park, so there is always a lot of movement outside with families and walkers going to the green space. The shop is a bit small, but it serves its purpose for the people around here. I spend most of my day standing on the tiled floor, moving around the chair with my scissors in hand. The traffic on AB Road is never quiet, and the sound of horns is just part of the background here. I have a few old posters on the wall showing different hair styles, though most people just ask for the same thing they always get. The mirrors have some scratches from years of cleaning, and the chairs are the old heavy kind that don't move much. I open up early because people often want a quick shave before they head to their jobs in the city. Indore is a fast place, but inside the salon, things move at a slower pace. I know most of the people who walk past the door, and we usually exchange a nod or a quick word. It is a practical shop for a practical neighborhood. I don't see the need for anything flashy as long as the scissors stay sharp and the customers are satisfied with their look.
