Aanand Hair Salon

Aanand Hair Salon is situated at 2, Main Road in Nanda Nagar, Indore. We are right near the Sai Tempal, so you can often hear the bells ringing or see people heading there for prayers. The shop is on the ground floor and faces the main road. It’s a busy area with a lot of foot traffic all day long. We have a few chairs and some benches for people to sit on while they wait their turn. The walls have a few posters that have been there for years. We open up early and stay late most days because that’s when people have free time. The lighting is simple, and we have a big window that lets in the sunlight during the day. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic from Nanda Nagar Road, but we are used to it by now. Most of our customers are from the neighborhood. They know us by name, and we know how they like their hair cut. We keep a stack of old newspapers and some magazines on the table for people to look at. The scissors need sharpening every few days, and we make sure the combs are clean. It’s a straightforward business, no fuss or anything like that. We just do what we know how to do and try to keep the shop running smoothly for everyone who comes in. Every evening we tidy up the tools and prepare for the next morning.
