We’ve been working out of 168 Pipliyarao for a good while now. It’s right near the Mata Gujari Campus, which is how most folks find us when they’re looking for the office. Being here in Indore is great because there is always something happening in the real estate world. We started 25 Greens Realtors Llp because we saw a lot of people struggling to find decent advice that wasn’t just a sales pitch. It’s just a few of us in the office most days, dealing with phone calls and checking out different properties around the city. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic, especially on Mondays when everyone seems to want something at the same time. The address at 452001 is pretty central, so we get people dropping in just to ask a quick question or see what’s new on the market. We don't have a big fancy reception or anything like that. It’s more of a practical space where we can sit down and look at maps or go over contracts. The heat in Indore can be pretty rough in the summer, so the office is a nice escape for us during the middle of the day. We try to keep things straightforward here. There’s no point in making things more complicated than they already are when you’re dealing with land and buildings. Anyway, that’s pretty much us. Just a local team doing our thing in Pipliyarao.
