Chingangbam Co. is based in Naoremthong, in the Samusang Chingangbam area of Imphal. Manipur is a beautiful place, and being in Imphal means we are right in the heart of things. Our business is named after our family, which is a tradition around here. We’ve been operating out of this same building for a long time. It’s not a big corporate office, just a practical space where we store our goods and do our daily paperwork. Naoremthong is a neighborhood we know very well since we grew up around these parts. The pace of life here can be a bit different depending on the season. When the rains come, everything slows down and we have to be careful to keep our stock dry. We don't have any fancy marketing or a website to show off. Most of our customers are people we’ve known for years. We spend our days managing supplies and talking to the local traders who come by. It’s a lot of routine work, but it suits us just fine. We don't make any grand claims about our business. We just try to be reliable and do our jobs the best we can. It’s a small, local operation, and we take pride in just being a consistent part of the Imphal business community every day.
