Center Manager

I am the center manager here at Kompass Aviation. Our office is situated in South Babupara, which is a fairly well-known part of Imphal. The pin code is 795001. We spend most of our time dealing with the daily ins and outs of aviation-related queries and training coordination. The building isn't anything fancy, just a solid place to work in a decent neighborhood. South Babupara has its own rhythm, and being near the center of town helps with getting things delivered or meeting people. It gets busy around here, especially in the afternoons. I usually get in early to beat the main rush of traffic. We have some basic office furniture and the usual equipment you would expect. It's not a corporate headquarters with glass walls; it's more of a functional space for people who are serious about getting into the aviation industry. We have been operating in this part of Imphal for a while. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, but that’s just part of living and working here. There are a few trees outside that give some shade during the hotter months. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just me and a few others keeping the center running every day. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep the paperwork organized, which is harder than it sounds.
