Seven Springs Plantation Resort Munnar

Up here in the Letchmi Estate in Munnar things move a bit slower than the city. The air is almost always damp and smells like tea leaves because we are surrounded by the plantation. It is a lot of green everywhere you look. Working at Seven Springs means waking up when the mist is still thick on the ground. We spend time making sure the paths are clear and the rooms are ready for whoever is driving up the winding roads. It is a long way from the main town so we have to keep everything stocked up ourselves. The birds are loud in the morning and that is usually what wakes everyone up. We don't have fancy city stuff here, just the hills and the trees. Sometimes the rain comes down hard and we all have to stay inside for a while. The staff lives close by and we know these hills pretty well. We see guests who are just happy to breathe the fresh air for once. We spend our time fixing little things around the property and making sure the kitchen has what it needs. It is a quiet life out here on the estate. You get used to the silence and the cold nights pretty quickly. We just keep the place running and watch the tea grow.
