Our office is in the J Star Building, specifically at Pady XVII/472C. It’s where Idukki Gold Resort And Spa Private Limited is based. Being up in Idukki means we are used to the hills and the winding roads. The building itself is a standard spot where we do all our administrative work. We spend a lot of our time there going through files and making sure the spa side of things is running smoothly. It’s a busy little office, usually filled with the sound of someone on the phone or the printer going. We don't have a lot of big corporate meetings; it’s more about sitting down and figuring out what needs to be fixed today. The Pady area is a good place to be, fairly central for what we need. Sometimes it gets a bit misty up here, which is nice. We have a small group of people working here who all know each other well. It’s the kind of place where you can just walk in and talk to someone. We focus on the day-to-day stuff, making sure the resort stays in good shape and the guests are taken care of. It’s a lot of physical work and a lot of planning. We’ve been in this building for a while now and it feels like a second home. Idukki is a rugged place, and we think our business reflects that. We just take one day at a time here.
