Club Mahindra Lakeview Munnar

We started out in Chinnakanal Village quite some time back. If you have ever been to Suryanelli, you know how the roads wind up the hills and the air just changes. That is where we are. It is not some fancy high-rise city building. Most days, you just see the tea gardens and the mist rolling over the lake. We have a lot of rooms and people usually come here with their kids and grandparents for a break. Sometimes the Wi-Fi acts up because of the mountains, but mostly people are here to look at the view anyway. We keep the place clean and the kitchen stays busy from morning till night. The staff mostly lives nearby, so they know the area well. It gets pretty chilly in the evenings, so we tell guests to pack a sweater. We don't do anything too flashy. It is just a spot to sit down, eat some hot food, and watch the clouds move. We’ve had families coming back for years now. They like that it feels familiar. You might hear the birds early in the morning, which is better than traffic noise. We just try to make sure everyone has a bed that's comfortable and enough blankets when the temperature drops. If you are looking for us, just follow the road through the village and you will see the sign. It’s quiet out here, which is exactly why we like it.
