We set up our office at Plot 8/2, Survey Number 64, which is right near the Maxcure Hospital in Shaikpet. It is in Section II if you are trying to find us on a map. Shaikpet is a fast-moving part of Hyderabad, so there is always traffic and noise from the hospital area nearby. We call ourselves YULA PROPERTIES LLP and we mostly focus on local property matters. It isn't a huge operation, just a handful of us working together. We spend our mornings checking on various listings or meeting people at different sites around the city. The office is where we handle the technical parts of the real estate business. It’s a basic setup with what we need to get through the day. We don't use any flashy advertisements. Most people hear about us through word of mouth or just see the sign when they are heading toward the hospital. Securing a property in Telangana can be a bit of a headache with all the rules, so we just try to stay organized. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we started. It’s a lot of work keeping track of everything, but it keeps us on our toes. If you stop by, you’ll probably see us drinking tea and looking at site plans. We just aim to be straightforward with everyone who walks through the door. That is about it really.
