Jones Lang Lasalle India Pvt,Ltd. is located on the 3rd floor at number 23, right on Hitech City Road in Madhapur. It’s a bit of an unusual spot because we are above the Luxury Men's Working Hostel. But in a place like Hyderabad 500033, you find offices in all sorts of buildings. Being in Madhapur means we are right in the thick of everything. It is loud and busy outside all the time. Our office is a simple one. We have a few computers and some files. We focus on the local real estate and property scene. It’s a lot of work keeping track of everything happening in Hitech City. We spend our mornings checking on various sites and the afternoons doing the boring desk work. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. No fancy coffee machines or lounge areas. Just a place to get the job done. The stairs up to the third floor are a good workout every day. We know the area well and can see the changes happening from our window. It’s a practical setup for a team that spends most of its time out in the field anyway. We just keep things moving and try to stay on top of the paperwork. It’s a normal day for us, nothing special, just making sure the work is finished on time.
