Syeds Associate

We are located in Mehdipatnam, which is a busy part of the city. Syeds Associate is basically just a few of us working out of a small office. We handle different kinds of paperwork and help people with things they don't have time to do themselves. It could be about property, or maybe some government forms that are too confusing for some. People come in with folders full of documents and we sit down and try to sort through it all together. Mehdipatnam is always moving, so there’s a lot of traffic outside our window every single day. Sometimes it's hard to hear over the horns and the buses, but we get used to it after a while. We have a couple of desks, some old filing cabinets, and a printer that jams every now and then when we are in a hurry. We don't have a big staff or a fancy website to show off. Most people find us because they were walking by the building or a friend told them we could help with their issues. We spend a lot of time on the phone or going to different offices to drop off papers or check on status. It’s a lot of waiting around in lines, but that’s just part of the job here. We try to be honest with people about how long things will really take. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s useful for the people in the neighborhood who are struggling.
