We have a small office here where we handle property stuff. We aren't one of those massive real estate firms with billboards all over the highway. We’re just a few guys who know the local streets and who is selling what. Looking for a house or a plot of land in Hyderabad can be a real headache these days because prices are all over the place. We spend a lot of time driving around, looking at sites, and talking to owners. Sometimes a deal falls through at the last minute and it’s frustrating for everyone, but that’s just how the property market works. We don’t promise anyone they’ll get rich quick. We just show the places we have on our list and tell people the truth about the water situation or the legal papers. Our office is a bit cramped and there is always a stack of files on the desk that needs sorting. We take a lot of phone calls, even late at night, because people are always anxious about their money and their homes.
