We run Vv Properties Private Limited out of an office in Madhavi Nagar. It’s located in the Vijayanagar area of Kukatpally, specifically at H.No 22-161/19A. Kukatpally is a huge area, and being in Madhavi Nagar puts us in a good spot to see what’s going on locally. We have been around for a while, dealing with various types of properties. Our day-to-day usually involves a lot of visiting sites and then coming back to the office to update our records. It is a very hands-on job. We don't have a big corporate headquarters; it’s just a practical workspace where we can sit down and talk to people. We don't like using a lot of marketing jargon. We think it’s better to just be honest about what a property offers and what it doesn't. People in Hyderabad are smart and they can tell when someone is being straight with them. We handle the documentation and the back-and-forth that comes with real estate deals. It takes patience, but we’ve got plenty of that. The neighborhood here is quite busy, which we like. It keeps us on our toes. Whether it is a small house or a larger plot, we treat every job the same way. We just want to make sure the process goes as smoothly as it can for everyone. It’s not a complicated philosophy, just how we like to work.
