VNMS PROPERTIES PRIVATE LIMITED

We’re located in KPHB Colony Phase 3, specifically at HIG-56 in Sindhu Enclave. Our office is Flat No. 401. It’s a decent-sized space where we run VNMS Properties Private Limited. Being in KPHB means we are around a lot of residential activity, which is perfect for what we do. The office is on the fourth floor, so we get a bit of a view of the neighborhood. It’s not a luxury setup by any means. We have our computers, a printer that sometimes jams, and a lot of folders stacked up on the shelves. We’re just a group of people who know a lot about the local property scene. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and meeting people at various locations around the enclave. We don’t use a lot of business jargon. We just explain things as they are. If a property has issues, we talk about them. If a deal is simple, we say that too. We’ve been in this building for a while now, and the neighbors are all pretty friendly. It’s a good environment to work in. We don’t have any fancy mission statements hanging on the walls. We just come in, do our jobs, and go home. It’s honest work and we try to keep things as straightforward as possible for everyone who comes to see us. It is just a normal office where we get through the day.
