We are located in Madhapur at Jains Gayathri Heights, Survey No. 67/Part5D. Vkonnect Overseas Education is basically an office where we help people figure out how to study in other countries. It is a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside. Inside, it is just us and a lot of paperwork. We are a small operation, an OPC, which means it is pretty personal. We do not have a big front desk or a bunch of receptionists. When you come in, you are usually talking directly to the people doing the work. We spend our time checking on university applications and making sure all the boxes are ticked for visas. It is not glamorous work, but it is important for the students who come to us. We try to be very clear about how much things cost and how long they take. There is no point in sugarcoating it. The office is a bit full of files, but we know where everything is. We stay late sometimes when we are waiting on emails from different time zones. That is just part of the overseas education business. We like being in Madhapur because it is easy for people to get to us. We just keep our heads down and help one student at a time.
