We are over in Sarla Apartments at No. 103, right next to the Axis Bank in Sanjeeva Reddy Nagar. It is a busy little office most of the time. There is usually a pile of folders on the desks and the phone rings quite a bit with people asking about visas or schools in other countries. We have been doing this for a bit now, helping folks figure out where they want to go. It is a lot of paperwork and checking documents over and over again. We don't have a big corporate lobby, just some chairs and a water cooler for when people wait. Being beside the bank makes it easy to explain where we are to people coming for the first time. We spend our days looking at forms and talking to students who are nervous about their futures. It can get a bit loud when the office is full but we manage. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone has a question about a university abroad, we just look up what we have and tell them. It is practical work. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait, but that is just how it goes. We are just a small team trying to keep up with all the changes in travel rules. It keeps us busy and the days go by fast. There is always someone new to talk to.
