We are over at Plot No. 561/2 in Pragathi Nagar, right here in Kukatpally. It’s a busy little office where we spend most of our time helping students and their parents figure out what to do next with their schooling. It’s not a big corporate setup or anything like that. Usually, it's just two or three of us sitting around a couple of desks piled with forms and brochures. We get a lot of phone calls throughout the day from people who are confused about college applications or which course to pick. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when there are several families in here at once, but we just manage. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and people in the area know they can just walk in. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just listen to what people need and tell them what we know about the different schools and colleges. Some days we are here late into the evening because the deadlines are close and students are panicking. It’s just how it goes in this line of work. We try to be honest with them even if the news isn't what they want to hear. It’s a simple office in a good neighborhood, and we like being here. Just regular people helping out with education stuff.
