You can find Viskit Brew & Bakes Llp over at the Krishna Complex. We’re in Flat No. 406 at 4-1-938 in Boggulkunta, which is right in the Abids area of Hyderabad. It’s an old part of the city, so it has a lot of character. We work out of a flat, which might sound a bit different, but it’s where we handle all our brewing and baking. The building has been there for years. Abids is always packed with people and cars, so it’s never quiet outside. We spend our time between the coffee machines and the ovens. Sometimes the smell of roasting coffee fills the whole floor. It’s a small operation. We aren't looking to become some giant company. We just like what we do. The 500001 area is really the heart of the old business district. Getting supplies in and out of Boggulkunta can be a bit of a challenge with the narrow streets and the traffic, but we’ve figured out the best times to do it. We do our own baking, so there’s always flour somewhere on the floor and empty sacks piled up. It’s a messy, busy, and real workspace. We don’t have a fancy showroom. We just focus on getting the brews right and making sure the baked goods aren't overdone. It’s just us working hard in a classic Hyderabad neighborhood, trying to keep everything running smoothly. The elevator in the complex is a bit slow.
