You can find Lotus Chocolate Co Ltd over at Ivrcl Towers on Road No-10. Working in a tall building like this is a bit different from being in a small shop on the street, but we’ve made the space our own. We spend our days dealing with everything that goes into making and moving chocolate. The office can get a bit hectic when we have big shipments coming in or out. We have a small team here who handles the administration and coordination side of things. It’s a fairly standard setup with computers, some filing cabinets, and a break area where we drink too much coffee. Being in Ivrcl Towers means we have a lot of neighbors, but we mostly just stick to our floor and get our work finished. It’s interesting how many people it takes just to get a chocolate bar onto a store shelf. We aren't a massive corporate machine, just a group of people trying to keep things organized. Some days are quieter than others, which is nice because it lets us catch up on all the small details we might have missed. It’s a steady job in a nice part of town, and we try to keep things simple and straightforward for everyone we work with.
