Daily Bread Gourmets is located on Plot No. 12, which is an interesting spot because the address says Hyderabad but also mentions Uttar Pradesh. It's one of those things that happened when the paperwork was done, but we are physically here at the plot. It’s a workspace where we deal with food stuff every single day. The smell of baking or whatever is being prepped usually hits you before you even get through the door. It isn’t a fancy storefront where you can walk in and browse; it’s more of a production area where we keep things moving. We have a few big tables and some heavy-duty equipment that makes a lot of noise. The floor is usually a bit messy by midday, but we clean it up before the shift ends. There’s a small office in the corner where the phone rings more than it should. The people working here have been around for a while, and we all know how the machines have their own moods and sounds. Sometimes the delivery trucks have trouble finding the plot because the signs around here aren't very clear or the GPS gets confused. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the orders and making sure the crates are packed properly. It’s hard work and it gets hot in the kitchen area, but we are used to it by now. It’s just how things go at Plot No. 12 on a daily basis.
