Our setup is in Shed Number 4, inside the I.D.A. compound out in Uppal. It’s very much an industrial area, so there’s always a bit of noise from the nearby units and trucks rumbling past the gate. Working out of a shed means we have plenty of space for the machinery and the materials we use for our surgical products, but it also means it’s not exactly a corporate office environment. We’ve got concrete floors and high ceilings that echo a bit when the machines are running. Most of our day is spent on the floor, making sure everything is being put together correctly. We don’t have much of a front desk; usually, if someone comes by, they just walk in through the big main door. It’s a bit dusty because of the location, but we try to keep the actual work areas as clean as possible. The traffic in Uppal can be a real pain during the morning rush, so we usually get here early to beat the worst of it. We deal with a lot of bulk orders and shipping containers, so there’s always something being moved around on a pallet jack. It’s honest work and we don't put on any airs about it. We’re just a small team in a big industrial zone trying to get the orders out on time every week. It gets a bit repetitive sometimes, but we just put our heads down and get it done. It's a busy life for us here.
