Our office is in Madhapur at a place called Rajdeep Villa in Kavuri Hills. We are on the first floor in Flat 101, which is part of Phase 11. It is a residential-looking building but there are a few businesses like ours inside. We deal with healthcare products and medical supplies. Most of our day is spent talking to hospitals and clinics to see what they need. The office is often full of boxes of medical equipment and samples that are waiting to be sent out. It can get a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. Kavuri Hills is a nice area, but the traffic near Madhapur can be really bad in the evenings, so we usually try to leave a bit later to avoid the rush. We have a small staff here, and we all do a bit of everything, from answering phones to packing up small orders. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It is just a group of us trying to make sure the medical supplies get to where they are needed. Sometimes the courier is late, or an order gets mixed up, and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it. It is a lot of coordination and staying on top of the details. We just keep at it and handle the paperwork as it comes across our desks.
