Our place is over at H. No. 3-71/121 in Satyanagar. It’s a bit of a quiet area compared to the main city markets, which is nice for keeping things organized. We deal with medical instruments, so there are always boxes coming in and out of the building. Most of our time at Relief Medical Instruments Pvt.Ltd. is spent checking through inventory or talking to people about what they need for their clinics. It’s a lot of paperwork and making sure everything is where it should be. We are not a giant factory, just a steady business working out of this house-turned-office. Sometimes the neighbors see us unloading crates and ask what’s inside. It’s mostly stainless steel tools and diagnostic gear. We try to keep the place tidy, though it gets crowded when a big shipment arrives. Satyanagar has been our base for a while now. The staff here knows the routine well. We have tea breaks together and discuss the orders that need to go out by evening. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s important. We focus on getting the right items to the right people without making a fuss about it. The day usually starts early and ends with us double-checking the labels on the packages. Sometimes the delivery trucks have trouble finding the exact house number, so we have to stand out on the street to wave them down. It’s just one of those things about working in a residential-style block.
