Viprasonia Electro 'N' Carbons (P) Limited

We’re located at Plot No 10 in the I.D.A., Phase-Iii, on Road No: D in Balanagar. It’s a proper industrial area, so there’s always trucks and noise around. Viprasonia Electro 'N' Carbons (P) Limited is a bit of a mouthful of a name, but we usually just call it the shop. We work with electrical and carbon components. It can be a bit dusty depending on what we’re doing that day. The office is right next to the floor, so you can always hear what’s going on. We don't have a big HR department or anyone like that. If there's a problem, we just talk it out in the hallway. Most of us have been here for a long time. We know where the tools are and how the old machines like to be handled. It’s not a shiny new facility, but we keep it organized. We spend a lot of time checking specs and making sure the orders are accurate. There’s not much room for error in this line of work. We drink a lot of coffee and stay late when the deadlines are tight. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just make parts that work. People come to us because they know we’ve been here in Balanagar for years and we aren't going anywhere. It’s just a solid, local operation.
