Kmc Constructions Ltd.

Kmc Constructions Ltd. is based over in Gachibowli, in the Shilpa Homes Layout. Our address is a bit of a mouthful—1-80/40/sp/58-65—but it’s basically a set of offices where we coordinate all our building projects. Gachibowli has changed a lot since we first set up here. It used to be much quieter, but now it’s all high-rises and busy tech parks. We’re more about the concrete and steel side of things, though. Our office is usually full of rolls of blueprints and maps spread out over the tables. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. People are always coming in from the sites, covered in dust and wanting to discuss some issue with a foundation or a delivery delay. We spend a lot of time on our mobiles, talking to foremen and suppliers. It’s a lot of logistics and trying to stay ahead of the weather. We don't have much in the way of decoration, just some photos of old projects on the walls and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. We aren't here to impress anyone with a sleek lobby; we just want to make sure the work on the ground is getting done right. It’s a practical space for a practical business, and that suits us just fine. We usually stay late when a big deadline is coming up on one of the sites, just eating our dinner at our desks and going over the numbers.
