Vaishnav Composites

Vaishnav Composites is based at 3-2-167 in the Cherlapally area. This is a big industrial zone, so there are always trucks and heavy vehicles moving around outside. We work with different kinds of composite materials to make parts for various industries. It is often very dusty inside the workshop, so we have to wear masks and protective gear while we’re cutting or sanding. The building itself is just a plain industrial shed without much decoration. We have some large molds and ovens in the back for curing the materials we use. It took us several years to really get the hang of the chemistry involved in this kind of work. Sometimes the weather in Cherlapally gets very humid, and that can cause problems with how the resin sets, so we have to be careful. We are just a small group of people doing this work every day. We don't have a reception area or anyone to answer the phones all the time. If someone visits, they usually find us right on the shop floor covered in dust. We’ve had some tough times when the price of materials went up suddenly, but we managed to stay open. Most of our neighbors are other small workshops, and we often borrow tools from each other. It’s a very practical environment where the focus is just on finishing the orders we have on the books. We don't spend any money on marketing or brochures.
